   The cardiac center is the place where physical energy is transformed into spiritual, which awakens awareness of Beauty. It also stimulates man's sensory abilities to perceive. This is a place where Love and the Truth unite. Love, mercy, benevolence and calm are part of opening this center; ill balance is reflected through lack of emotions, passiveness, depression, sadness and anxiety.

   Venus is a global symbol for Anakhata; a gazelle is a symbol of animalkind. The gazelle embodies elegance but it could not be tamed. Its body is gracious, it is light and nimble.
